The draft text had arrived in different forms and from a number of different people. Following a brief set up meeting this draft copy was passed to Mike Towers via email.

- clarity
- sentence and paragraph length
- bullet points or other reader-friendly devices
- sub-headings which 'signpost' the copy for the reader
