“Use eye-catching web content to raise my profile and promote Change your Focus”: that was the brief from York entrepreneur and speaker Jane Hurd.

Within days Mike Towers of Effective Words met Jane to discuss her target audiences and the best ways to communicate with them.

From the outset it was obvious Jane was no ordinary businesswoman. Against all the odds this battling York mother overcame ME / chronic fatigue syndrome to build a new life.

Now she runs Change your Focus and Vlinder Solutions, a local business support services company.  So this website content project needed to focus on the two contrasting parts of Jane’s life:

• her past illness and how she conquered it
• what she is doing now and how her work can be an inspiration to others

Working from existing copy and notes from discussions, Mike Towers told Jane’s story and introduced her workshops, presentations and one-to-one coaching sessions.

The Change Your Focus site is now live and already taking bookings from people and organisations facing a variety of personal and corporate challenges.
